Subscription Dashboard

The Subscription Dashboard provides administrators with a centralized interface to manage subscription lifecycle events, monitor customer subscriptions, and perform administrative actions. It offers quick access to subscription records, status filters, bulk management tools, and detailed subscription information, making day-to-day subscription administration efficient.

Subscription List #

Navigate to:

WordPress Dashboard → Flexi Subscription → Subscriptions

The subscription list displays every subscription created in the store.

Each subscription record includes:

  1. Subscription ID
  2. Customer
  3. Subscription Product
  4. Current Status
  5. Next Payment Date
  6. Linked WooCommerce Order
  7. Available Actions

Administrators can quickly review subscription information without opening individual records.

Subscription Status Filters #

Subscriptions can be filtered by their current lifecycle status.

Available filters include:

  1. All
  2. Active
  3. Pending
  4. On Hold
  5. Cancelled
  6. Expired

These filters help administrators locate subscriptions based on their current state.

Search Subscriptions #

Use the search box to locate subscriptions by:

  1. Subscription ID
  2. Customer
  3. Product

Searching simplifies management when working with a large number of subscriptions.

Bulk Actions #

Select one or more subscriptions using the checkboxes to perform bulk operations.

Available actions include:

  1. Mark Active
  2. Mark Pending
  3. Mark On Hold
  4. Mark Cancelled
  5. Mark Expired
  6. Move to Trash
  7. Create Renewal Order
  8. Enable Auto Renew
  9. Disable Auto Renew

Bulk actions reduce administrative effort when updating multiple subscriptions simultaneously.

Edit Subscription #

Click Edit to open the subscription details page.

The subscription overview displays:

  1. Customer information
  2. Product details
  3. Subscription status
  4. Subscription price
  5. Next payment date
  6. Auto-renew status

This page serves as the primary management interface for an individual subscription.

General Information #

The General section displays basic subscription details, including:

  1. Product
  2. Customer
  3. Subscription Price

This information identifies the subscription and its associated customer.

Schedule Dates #

The Schedule Dates section contains important subscription dates, including:

  1. Start Date
  2. Next Payment Date

These dates help administrators monitor upcoming renewals and subscription timelines.

Subscription Terms #

The Subscription Terms section provides detailed billing information, including:

  1. Billing Period
  2. Billing Interval
  3. Billing Cycle
  4. Auto Renew Status
  5. Trial Mode
  6. Trial Period
  7. Customer Cancellation Permission
  8. Order ID
  9. Order Item ID

This section provides a complete overview of how the subscription is configured.

Subscription Actions #

The Subscription Action panel allows administrators to manage the subscription without editing its configuration.

Available actions include:

  1. View Renewal Order
  2. Change Subscription Status
  3. Apply Status Changes

Supported status changes include:

  1. Active
  2. Pending
  3. On Hold
  4. Cancelled
  5. Expired

Auto Renew Management #

Administrators can manage automatic renewals directly from the subscription page.

  1. Enable Auto Renew
  2. Disable Auto Renew

The current auto-renew state is displayed, making it easy to verify whether future renewal payments will be processed automatically.

Related Orders #

The Related Orders section lists every WooCommerce order associated with the subscription.

Displayed information includes:

  1. Order Number
  2. Order Type
  3. Order Date
  4. Order Status
  5. Order Total

This allows administrators to review the complete payment history for a subscription.

Subscription Activities #

The Subscription Activities section records the subscription lifecycle.

Typical events include:
